In watercolor, I could not live without Burnt Sienna, but in oils I have discovered Transparent Oxide Red, which I prefer as it seems cleaner, more transparent, mixes beautifully with other colors as seen below:
Looks like if you don't have Yellow Ochre handy, you can approximate it with T.O. R and yellow.
Also can get some rich darks and warm neutrals, taupes, especially when mixed with other darks like the blues or greens plus white.
