Holiday Floral

It may be getting close to Easter, so it feels a little strange to be painting a Christmas type subject, but I was asked to submit some artwork for a floral-themed card for the 2017 holiday card line of
American Artist Group, a greeting card company who has published several of my paintings as cards over the years. I didn't have access to holiday flowers at this time of the year, but made this idea up from a combination of imagination, silk flowers and my own photo's from past holidays.
